Exploring the story of local hero, Edith Cavell

On November 7th the Year 2 children went to Norwich Cathedral to explore the story of our local hero, Edith Cavell. Edith told her story while navigating the children through the beautiful Cathedral. The children completed the story at Edith's final resting place in the Cathedral grounds. The children then completed an art activity of making a poppy. They added words that described Edith's character to the leaves.
