Year 2's Funky 5k.

Tuesday 24^th June

Each class raises money, annually to buy new books for class libraries in school. Year 2 decided to have a Funky 5k.

We are super proud of Year2 as not only did they all run/walk 25 laps of the side field they showed many personal qualities. They were enthusiastic, determined and incredibly supportive of each other, encouraging each other to keep pushing through their tiredness and achy legs, helping one another if they stumbled and just generally being wonderful human beings! Some children chose to run more laps once they had finished to support others who had laps to complete!
